Luke 6:41 Why do you look at the small piece of dust in your brother’s eye? And you do not see the big stick in your own eye.
You might call me King Baby. But how I see/view people/landscapes/portraits,etc in Photography is in some ways; a direct proportion to how clear my heart is.
I recently started a series in my life about personal repentance, a ugly word to some, conjuring up images of draconian edicts and rules. In some ways I viewed repentance as negative to self, but I was too self righteous to admit it. The full meaning of repentance in the Hebrew Bible is indicated in the Hebrew term teshuvah (lit. “return”)
So I must return to a clear heart to have clear eyes to see. The “chart” below is how my mind and heart strays, when I “perceive” I am not being “treated” fairly. Like someone said, “God is fair because he is unfair with everyone”.
The book that is assisting me is by Elizabeth Greer, “A TIME FOR REPENTANCE” .
