60,000 residents make up Limon, Costa Rica.
Costa Rica first capitol city was Cartago, founded in 1563. The capitol was moved to San Jose in 1737. Independence from Spain was declared in 1821. Coffee and bananas are Costa Rica’s main export/
Costa Rica has a excellent education system, with a 98% literacy rate.
